A2 Uploader + Tutorial

Finally you can mod your DB3150 Phones. Thanks to laser.

Laser has released a File System Customizations to customize your A2/DB3150 phones.
DB3150 phones are k660, k850, w910, w595 etc.
All new sony ericsson phones are DB3150 !
Till now it was not possible to modify the fs/upload anything to your phone in case it was A2/DB3150 but now it is possible!

You can add flash menus, change camera driver, change acoustics, add languages and much more the same way as xs++ to A2 phones through it.

Now installing drivers.

1. Unpack a2 uploader archive.
2. Inside it you will find USBFlash_driversdpinst.exe ! Execute it to install USB Flash drivers in an automated process.
3. In newer ones you will find ggsetup, use this setup files to install usb flash drivers.

Now lets get on the main part i.e. uploading stuff to fs.

1. Run a2uploader.exe
2. Switch off your cell phone and take out the battery and plug it back,dont switch it on back!
3. Now come to a2 uploader. Click on FileSystem tool there at righ pannel.
4. Now plug in the phone with C key pressed on your phone and don’t leave until the C button a2 uploader detects it.
5. Now your FS will be opened and now u can easily upload files by drag n drop method !
6. You can copy files form the phone to computer for backup via A2 Uploader again by drag and drop again.

1..remove these both coil mark in (1)..if u want to check rf ic is short because rf ic also got +b volt from battery....

2...remove these both COIL mark in (2) if u want to check the shoting of pf .......remove the coil and ur shoting is gone then there is shoting in ur pf .......this pf is only used in this circuit for tranmiting signal...(in tx section we say)

3...remove this COIL mark in (3) if u want to check the shoting of pf .......remove the coil and ur shoting is gone then there is shoting in ur pf .......this pf is work for both reciving and transmiting of signal..(this work as antena switch and pf as example in nokia 1110..)

4..remove this coil L3301 mark in (4) if u want to check the shoting cause by n3301,n3302,n3303.....these ic make volt for camera ic ...these ic got +b from batery ...so remove this coil to check shoting is gone or not ..

5..remove this light ic mark in (5)..if u want to check the light ic for display is short....

About Damaged JAF Smart Cards, Please Read Here

Hi,

there is some mental problems with some "friends" so they decided kill the project JAF. They used my name to make publicity for BB5KING and now happens this.

Since we are NOT PLAN to close JAF i only can offer to the customers for now follow option.

The ones damaged the pkey smart card, i can send them new card by DHL out. The customer have to pay just the delivery fee of DHL. I will contact dhl and make some price with them for few thousand parcel a special price and i will give the smart card for the cost price.

This mean the cost will be not more than 15 euro. Cost price is composed like this: DHL - 15 euro smart card price 1-2 euro. We don't want earn any money out of this, we want give our customers the possibiltiy to have their jaf flasher back !!!

Please give me 1-2 days to set up one person in charge of this and to build the logistic for this. I will keep every one informed.

The cards have to be changed because my "friends" fuk the authentification keys from smart card. Every smart card, no matter if jcop or schulmberger, or other java card, they have some security, if you enter 3 time wrong key, the card is blocked (tampered) this CAN NOT BE REPAIRED since this card is damaged forever. We also can not stop this since my "friends" are using now ORIGINAL BB5KING updates (1.08, 1.09) in those updates the customer trust so many cards are affected now.

After your JAF card is fuked, you can not update your pkey any more, but you can use the pkey until counter is decreased. Also support login does not work any more.

I am sorry, i was trapped and i simpy trusted the wrong people!

I spoke today with some reseller and they are willing to help me to reduce price of shipping, they are ready to work voluntary in order to help jaf customers from their country. This mean you will have the card in 1-2 days and the cost will be less around 2-4 euro. I will send programmed cards tomorow out to the 4 people listed here:

BB5KING Modified Boxes using UFS original, Clone or NO HWK

UFS/Twister/Nbox troubles, errors and solutions
Hi,

UFS (and all his "clones") boxes was mede long time ago and currently is manufactured by more people/factories. Because of this situation, on end-user place can be find more variants of UFS boxes, some are better and some are not so good.

To ensure better work of UFS interface with BB5 King software, some conditions/requirements is needed:

1. UFS box firmware should be 208. If any of you not have this firmware inside their box, can easy upgrade to 208 following this steps:

- Download this soft: http://www.bb5king.com/files/mobileE...3.0_beta11.exe
- Install it
- After install plug your UFS device
- Start installed program
- At the left top select your ufs device and click connect
- An automatic prompt ask you if you want to upgrade your firmware
- Confirm it

2. Some UFS manufacturers used one wrong IC chip. If still encounter errors on some phones, please open your UFS box and check with this picture info:

Sorry for any troubles created to our end-users, but our BB5 King team is not responsable of UFS boxes firmware updates and manufacture process.
Also, for better performance and to avoid communication errors, we still recomand to all our BB5 King users to use JAF interface, is more faster and more stable.
